Advanced Equine was founded in 2015 by Dr. Jeremy Frederick. His goal was to establish an equine practice that provides exceptional veterinary care, while building client relationships and enhancing the bond between horses and the people who care for them. Over the past several years the practice has grown into an extraordinary team and the vision of the practice has expanded as it continues to thrive.
Advanced Equine isn’t just a name. Our team of board-certified specialist veterinarians is committed to delivering a personal touch, and working with our clients to develop diagnostic and treatment plans tailored to the individual patient’s needs.

MEET
Our Veterinarians
Dr. Jeremy Frederick
Dr. Jeremy Frederick originally hails from London, Ontario and is a 2005 graduate of the Ontario Veterinary College. He then completed an internship at the University of Minnesota, followed by a residency in Large Animal Internal Medicine at the University of Florida. In 2011, Dr. Frederick finished additional training and became a Certified Veterinary Acupuncturist. His practice includes Equine Internal and Sports Medicine throughout the Hudson Valley. Dr. Frederick works closely with other veterinarians to optimize the treatment success for a multitude of conditions.
Dr. Allison Haspel
Dr. Allison Haspel is originally from Manhasset, Long Island where she developed her relationship with horses through her endeavors competing on the Equitation circuit. Dr. Haspel was recruited to the University of Georgia for the NCAA Equestrian Team while completing her Bachelor of Science in Psychology. In true Georgia Dawg fashion, she continued her education at the University of Georgia for her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine.

Recommended for all horses who travel including to show grounds or are in an open head.

Recommended all for horses
with exposure to other horses that don’t need Strangles vaccine.
